Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Holistically Healthy Family Summit. I’m so excited to team up with you to pull off an incredible event!

The Holistically Healthy Family Summit is a 4-day event that will help families learn to heal their families, naturally.

We know that things like summits and bundles aren't always the most smooth or beneficial experiences, but your experience is our top priority here. We can't host this event without you and are dedicated to ensuring every one of you enjoys the process and benefits from participating!

How it will work

The Holistically Healthy Family Summit will run from February 27-March 1st. Yay Leap Year…

We  know you’re busy, so all presentations will be pre-recorded and include 17-23 minutes of content with up to a 3 minute freebie pitch to get those people on your list, and loving what you’ve got. This can be recipes, worksheets, checklists, e-books, courses, whatever you want. 

Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

If it excites you, I'd love to do a live speaker panel on the day your session is live. This will give you a chance to really connect with these people, and make them know, love and trust you. 

***Be sure to email me, if this is something you’d like to do, and we’ll add it into the event schedule.***

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for 5 days after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Evergreen Access Pass, and the Natural Family Toolkit.

This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!

What I'll ask of you

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s break it on down! 

1. Basic Information

The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page.

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

2. Presentation

Next up is your presentation! This is a 17-23 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
  • A mixture of the two

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A great hook to keep people watching your presentation
  • An introduction to you
  • An overview of your topic
  • Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
  • Teaching section
  • Specific action steps they can walk away with
  • Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch
  • Include questions for attendees to answer in the community throughout to boost engagement

 

Presentations are due by February 6, 2024.

3. Natural Family Toolkit Contribution 

The Natural Family Toolkit will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource ranging from $27-$497 to add. This includes things like:

  • Recipes
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month memberships
  • eBooks

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.

We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.

Information for these resources is due on February 6th. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.

Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens on February 8th.

4. Promotion

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on February 13, 2024.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any Evergreen Access Pass, or Natural Family Toolkit sales (50% if you've contributed a premium bonus).

5. Live Participation

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

All I ask is that you show up for a speaker panel event on the day your session goes live. This will help create the know love and trust factor that we all need with new fans!

It’s not 100% mandatory, but highly recommended that you do this.

If you can not show up for a live speaker panel I highly recommend you pop into the Facebook Group, and engage with the people commenting on your session, answer their questions, and connect. 

This will be a win for you, a win for the attendees, and a win for the entire event!

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the Evergreen Access Pass & the Natural Family Toolkit where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by March 12th.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers
  • 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus

The Evergreen Access Pass first tier pricing structure will be:

  • $37 for 20 minutes after initial registration
  • $67 from February 8th-February 26th
  • $97 from February 27-March 5th

Natural Family Toolkit second tier pricing structure will be:

  • $67 for 20 minutes after initial registration
  • $97 from February 8th-February 26th
  • $147 from February 27-March 5th

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads. 

After the summit, I will offer my Apothecary Momma Herbal Mentorship to attendees who have shown interest. You will earn a 30% commission on any sales from attendees you’ve referred, which will come to a payout of $14.70 per month for up to a year of their membership.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
