Most of it is via video lessons. However, you also have access to an app for the program that allows you to listen while you’re out doing all the things a busy momma has to do. Plus, there’s PDF’s the slides, recipes, and the community for more support. Our live calls happen on Zoom, or inside of the Kajabi portal.

I cover everything from the very basic beginnings of herbalism to more complex and advanced topics around herbalism. I tried to keep it basic the whole way, but honestly, I can’t help myself but to teach you the complexities of plant medicine and the human body. But don’t worry, word on the street is that I do a great job of breaking down the complex stuff to make it super easy to understand. If they're new to herbalism, they'll want to make sure the content isn't too advanced for them. Similarly, if they already have some experience, they'll want to ensure the program can still offer them new knowledge and skills.

There sure is! And the community is AMAZING! I am adamant about keeping it a safe and respectful place for all. The advice that is given by fellow community members must come in the form of “this worked for me when I did it” or backed by the scientific data to prove it. This will not become a community filled with terrible, and unsafe advice for people. We also avoid the topics of politics and religion and we focus on learning herbalism, and helping families live healthier lives.
